More Details
- Integrity:
FCA Clubs prioritize transparency and safety through structured systems for registration, payments, and coach qualifications. These processes ensure clear communication with families and uphold a trustworthy environment where athletes can thrive both spiritually and physically.
- Serving:
The heart of FCA Clubs is service—to athletes, families, and the broader community. Clubs are designed not for athletes to serve the program, but for the program to serve the athlete. Through E3 training (Engage, Equip, Empower), athletes are discipled and empowered to serve others, reflecting Christ’s example of servant leadership.
- Teamwork:
FCA Sports operates as a unified part of the larger FCA mission, working to multiply huddles, volunteers, and staff focused on discipleship. Club programs take an integrated ministry approach, equipping athletes to become leaders and volunteers within their clubs and across other FCA initiatives, fostering a culture of spiritual multiplication.
- Excellence:
Excellence in FCA Clubs is modeled after the Acts 2:42–47 community—centered on God’s Word, prayer, fellowship, worship, and generosity. Every decision and action is filtered through the question: “How would we do this if God’s Son were on our team?” This mindset drives a culture of honor, intentionality, and faith-filled excellence.
